Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization label.
Package Your Items
Ensure all paint cans are securely sealed and placed in their original shipping boxes with the protective inserts to prevent leaks during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
